1. Services Offered
Luxury Limo (“Luxury Limo”, “we,” “us,” or “our”) is pleased to offer a range of premium transportation services designed to meet the diverse needs of our esteemed clientele. Our services include, but are not limited to, Airport Transfers, Wedding transportation, Sports Event transportation, Casino Trips, Wine Tours, Night Life Limousine, Point-to-Point transfers, and Hourly/Directed services.
2. Reservation and Booking
Customers may initiate reservations through various channels, including phone, text, or the online form available on our website. Reservation confirmation is contingent upon receiving confirmation either verbally or in writing. Requests for specific vehicles are accommodated based on availability, and additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the request.
3. Pricing and Payment
Pricing for our services is individually determined, with customers explicitly informed of all costs prior to payment. Fixed fees, such as the Airport fee of $25 and an after-hour fee of $15 (applicable between 11 pm and 6 am), may be included. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards (preferred), PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, and Zelle. Wire transfers or cryptocurrency payments require prior consultation with the Luxury Limo Team.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policies
If the client cancels his reservation for any reason, he will be charged as below:
- ANY DEPOSITS (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reasons, if a cancellation occurs from renter’s side.
WEDDINGS and PROMS -DEPOSIT non refundable if you CANCEL 30 days before service (CLIENT will be responsible for FULL PRICE CONTRACTED).
- CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 48 hours 25% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.
- CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 24 hours 50% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.
- CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 100% IN FULL CONTRACTED.
- If you miss your flight, you should call us to avoid being charged in FULL for “NO SHOW“
5. Liability and Insurance
Luxury Limo maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage with a limit of $300,000 for the protection of our clients and their interests.
6. Copyright Concerns
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and strive to use only authorized media (images/text) on our Site. If you believe that any content on our Site infringes upon your copyright, please contact us at info@ilovenylimo.com. We take such concerns seriously and will promptly investigate and address any valid claims. If we find that any content has been used without proper authorization, we will take immediate steps to remove or rectify the situation.
7. Privacy Policy
Information collected, including names, contact numbers, email addresses, and destination details, is utilized for communication and targeted marketing. Clients retain the option to opt out of promotional communications. Payment/billing information is securely stored with explicit client consent and is not shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties. 8. Code of Conduct for Passengers
Clients are obligated to adhere to a set of guidelines:
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use during transportation.
- No transportation of underage individuals without their guardians.
- Respectful treatment of staff.
- Clients are financially responsible for fees related to vehicle damage, including cleaning fees for spills, vomit, or general dirtiness.
- Full disclosure of associated fees precedes charges, with dispute resolution subject to legal action if necessary.
9. Termination of Service
The Company reserves the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Rude and offensive behavior.
- Physical or verbal attacks against drivers.
- Unsuccessful payments.
- Willful damage to the vehicle.
- Additional fees, legal charges, or both may apply.
