Cancellation and Refund Policies
If the client cancels his reservation for any reason, he will be charged as below:
- ANY DEPOSITS (cash, checks or credit card authorization) will be non-refundable for any reasons, if a cancellation occurs from renter’s side.
WEDDINGS and PROMS -DEPOSIT non refundable if you CANCEL 30 days before service (CLIENT will be responsible for FULL PRICE CONTRACTED). - CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 48 hours 25% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.
- CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 24 hours 50% from TOTAL PRICE CONTRACTED.
- CANCELLATION of a reservation completed in advance but before services 100% IN FULL CONTRACTED.
- If you miss your flight, you should call us to avoid being charged in FULL for “NO SHOW”
